In the following culinary activities are designed for those individuals who want to take their "Health" to the next level as well as exploring the connection between food & you. The classes are based on the model "Eating for Health" that uses the highest quality foods available that sustain both the individual and the environment which means using whole, fresh, natural, seasonal, REAL food—organic whenever possible from our gardens and local farmers. Instruction is given through a combination of lectures, demonstration & hands on participation. No matter where you are at in your eating or health, you'll will leave with techniques for creating satisfying meals that taste delicious and support your health. "Fun"damentals of Garden Gourmet - ( 3hrs in length)
Vegetarian Food Prep Classes using a variety of vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, whole grains & legumes. Watch, play then taste dishes that are easy to prepare and delicious to. Recipes included in each class you do.

Themed Cuisine - (3hrs in length)
A food adventure that explores recipes with a theme. We prepare 4-6 dishes then you enjoy them in our cuisine buffet. You will leave with recipes to try them at home and a whole lot of tasty memories.

Eating for Health Classes- (2hrs in length)
A journey with food is understanding your relationship with it and how it impacts your health & wellbeing. What ever challenges you have with food there will be an activity that will guide you to a new path that Nourishes the body and Nurtures the soul. Fee: $ 30 per class
