We are providing you with an opportunity to purchase items from Grassroots Rural Retreat that are used to support your journey to Natural Health & Living. Besides our in store & online Market we have in our plans for 2010 to offer a Harvest Market that will run July to October on Friday's from 3-7pm.  Here we sell directly from our retreat centre produce from our garden and other products from other local farms. We like to think of it as our “Locivore Market”, supporting the items that are prepared with pride from our local rural area.
