Check-in from 4 pm to 7 pm on day of arrivalCheck out by 11 am on day of departureUnless special arrangements have been mad  

All prices in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified; room prices includes taxesRoom rates based on 2 adults per room and includes breakfast. Children under 13 add $15 and extra person above 2 in room add $30 per person.We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit Card or Cash.Credit card number also required to hold the room.Cancellation policy: five days notice or 25% of room rate charged and redeemable upon next booking.Third party bookings requested such as green fees, dinner reservations, sightseeing trips, etc will be billed directly to the credit card number provided at the time of reservation.  

Smoke-free environment: Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas, but may be disallowed in extremely dry summer conditionsWe do welcome children noting that parents please be responsible for your children when you are visiting us here as this is a working farm. There is also a play area as well.Pets not allowed in house (seeing-eye dogs exempt), however if you would like to bring your dog please bring appropriate chain and/or kennel for your pet to sleep outside!Please discuss food or other allergies with us at time of bookingOur B&B season runs from February to November.Breakfast will be served at 8:00am in our dining room(unless alternative times have been arranged) or a self serve continental breakfast is also available from 7-9am.Those with mobility challenges please note that all rooms are on second floor of house.Please note that this is a working farm and Farmer Roger does sometimes rise early making a bit of noise with the farm equipment.   

All guest information is treated in the utmost confidence and is not shared with third parties, except when required for the purpose of providing services requested by guests.
