Appointment Information
Therapists at Grassroots Rural Retreat work by appointment only (walk-ins by chance!). Appointments can be made by calling 519 528-2210. New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointments to fill out an intake form. If late for your appointment, full services may not be rendered.

 Service Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hour advance notice in the event you must cancel your appointment. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointments will be charged 50% of service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of service.

Package and Gift Certificate Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card be given for all packages to hold your appointment. We require 48 hours advance notice in the event you must cancel your appointment. There will be no charge for packages, or gift certificates cancelled in less than 48 hours if we fill the time slot. No-shows for Gift Certificates may result in the gift certificate being redeemed.
